鰹節専門店「にんべん」が手がける、「日本橋だし場」から誕生したお弁当・お惣菜の新業態。
だしで炊いたご飯と、だしのうま味や香りを季節の食材を通して楽しめる商品が並ぶ店舗として、「和」の雰囲気に加え、ヘルシーで身体に良いイメージを表現しました。
普通のお弁当とは一味違う上品さを、品川という立地柄、感度の高いお客様へ訴求するようなデザインとしています。
